Below are the answers to some commonly asked questions.
- I have not received my email containing my tickets
– Firstly, please check your email SPAM FOLDER in case our email is there.If you can’t find the email please contact Barry on the Ticket Hotline on 01822 617744 or email: [email protected] and we will help.
- I have received my email confirmation but cannot print my tickets
– Don’t worry; you can still visit the show. Simply make a note of your order number, which is in your email confirmation, and bring it with you to the ticket desk at the show. We will be able to issue your tickets.
- I am unable to visit on the day my tickets are for. Can I use them on another day?
– Yes, simply bring them on the day you are able to attend. They will still be valid – just present them at the door for entry to the show.
- Why do you need my email address when ordering tickets online?
– We need your email so we can send your tickets to you as a PDF file, which you can view and print at home. (Use Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download FREE from www.adobe.com).
- Do I need to enter an Offer Code to buy tickets?
– An offer code is not necessary, but it would entitle you to discount ticket prices and additional show offers, for details of where to find offer codes check our Discounts page.If you would like to receive offer codes by email, complete the short form on the right. If you would like to receive offers through the post sign up to our direct mail list here.
- How do I use my offer code
– Simply enter and validate your offer code when ordering your tickets online.
- The system doesn’t accept my offer code
– Offer codes are specific to each show and do expire. Please check that you have selected the relevant Creative Craft Show, check the expiry date and ensure that you have entered the offer code correctly.
- Do I need to buy tickets for my children?
– Children under the age of 16 can visit the show free, if accompanied by an adult.
- Who qualifies as a concession?
– Concessions include Senior Citizens (over 60s), students and disabled visitors who can also bring one carer free of charge.
